Christine is a qualified Play Therapist registered under PTUK, and she says:

"Play helps to improve the emotional well-being of a child, helping to reduce their emotional and psychological problems.

I will give the child a safe and protected space to explore any issues to find inner peace in a non-judgemental therapeutic relationship.  Sometimes individuals don’t want to talk so play therapy supports children to explore this through play."

Millicent is an accredited BABCP

CBT therapist, and she says:

"I'm a cognitive behavioural therapist (CBT) with 10 years experience and an accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).

My treatment covers a range of psychological difficulties which include depression; various types of anxieties such as: social anxiety, panic disorder, general anxiety disorder, OCD, phobias, and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

CBT treatment is useful in helping you to understand the connections between the way in which you think, feel and ultimately the way you behave, all of which can negatively prolong your emotional difficulties.  With a high success rate, it’s a therapy worth giving a try."
