1. Enrolment on a course/workshop will be confirmed only after full payment has been received. Payment may be made by debit or credit card via PayPal invoice, direct bank transfer or by sending a cheque. Please indicate on the Booking Form your preferred method of payment.
2. Once payment has been received, confirmation of course/workshop bookings, payment receipts and other course/workshop information will be sent via email. This will be to the email address supplied on the Booking Form.
3. Cancellation Policy
Courses/workshops cancelled more than 21 days in advance are refundable, but a £15 administration fee will be charged.
Courses/workshops cancelled within 21 days are not refundable in any circumstances.
We reserve the right to cancel a course/workshop at any time and for any reason. In the event of us needing to cancel you will be given a full refund. If a course/workshop is rescheduled/postponed, your booking will be transferred to this date or you will be given the chance to transfer your payment to another course/workshop if the new date is not suitable. We will not be held liable for any other expenses.
4. We will not be responsible for items that are lost or stolen during our courses/workshops nor will we be responsible for accidents, illness or personal injury sustained during our training events. Therefore, please take care of your personal belongings and your personal safety while at our courses/workshops.
