Freedom choice strength! To Your Good Health When presented with a problem, its sometimes hard to know where to turn for help. The stretched resources of the NHS arent always able to provide the immediate solutions to all physical and psychological issues. Prevention has long been considered better than cure and many of us wish to avoid taking prescribed drugs. Very often we know how we could or should improve our physical and emotional well-being, but putting this into positive action is another matter.
Good health means achieving happiness in mind and body, which may require a transformation in outlook. However positive the results may be, change can be a daunting prospect - but less so with the help and support of the Coleby Centre. Our values are: freedom, choice and strength. Everything we do is geared towards helping you get from your current situation to where you want to be. Initial appointments are usually within a few days of your call or email. There are no lengthy waiting lists and bookings are made at your convenience. The centre is open from 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm Saturdays and Sundays. Messages can be left at any time and confidentiality is guaranteed. Contact us at: The Coleby Centre, 91 Station Road, Sidcup, Kent. DA15 7DN Tel: 020 8300 4044 or email info@colebycentre.com
